Where we ship from and to

All orders leave Indonesia. We ship worldwide, excluding territories subject to international sanctions and any destination our carrier does not serve. If we cannot ship to your address we will tell you and refund you in full.

Dispatch

Pieces from a scheduled release are dispatched after that release opens, and the product page shows the date. You receive tracking by email at dispatch. Dispatch times will be published here before ordering opens.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are carrier estimates from the day of dispatch, not guarantees, and customs inspection can add time we cannot predict. The estimates for each region will be published here before ordering opens.

Cost

Shipping is calculated from your destination and the weight of the order. The full rate table will be published here before ordering opens; no free-shipping threshold is offered at present.

Duties and taxes

Orders may attract import duty, VAT or a customs handling fee in the destination country. These are set by your government, are not included in the price you pay us, and are payable by you before the carrier releases the parcel. We declare the true value of goods and cannot label a parcel as a gift or under-declare it.

If a parcel is refused and returned because duties were not paid, we refund the goods less the outbound and return shipping we incurred.

Packaging

Garments travel in a reusable cloth bag inside recycled outer packaging. Objects in wood, brass or stone are wrapped by hand. No plastic is used where we can avoid it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel goes missing in transit or arrives damaged, use the contact form at constantinvs.com/contact with photographs. We will open a claim with the carrier and make it right. Fixed timescales for declaring a parcel lost are not published here because they depend on the carrier and route, and none has been confirmed.
